Who actually does the work
Every account gets two named people: a senior strategist who owns the thinking and a delivery lead who owns execution. You meet both before you sign. Nothing is subcontracted.
What we will not do
- Guarantee rankings. Nobody outside Google controls the index, and a guarantee means either the keywords are worthless or a refund clause is doing the work.
- Buy links, or buy reviews. We do penalty recovery, so we see the downside of both regularly.
- Publish unedited AI content. We use AI for research and first drafts; a named human rewrites and an editor signs off.
- Take the work when the budget cannot fund the goal. We say so instead.
