Pricing
Our actual prices, published. Pilots from $1,200, retainers from $1,500 a month, agency partner rates from $900 per client. No annual contracts on any plan.
Our prices are on this page because making you book a call to learn them wastes your time and ours. A **90-day fixed-scope pilot is $1,200**. Ongoing retainers run **$1,500–$3,500 a month** depending on scope. Agencies reselling under their own brand pay **from $900 per client per month**. Every plan bills monthly with 30 days notice — there is no annual contract on anything we sell.

## Why these numbers and not lower ones
You can buy SEO from India for $300 a month. GoodFirms lists over ten thousand SEO companies in the country at a median rate of $25 an hour. (GoodFirms) We are deliberately not at the bottom of that range, and it is worth being straight about why.
At $300 a month you get roughly six hours of somebody’s attention. Six hours cannot produce a technical audit, a researched article, and an earned link in the same month. What it can produce is an automated audit PDF, an AI-written page nobody edited, and a handful of directory links. That is not a cheaper version of SEO; it is a different product that happens to share the name.
At $1,500–$3,500 the arithmetic works. You are buying 30–70 hours of senior and mid-level time, which is enough to actually move a site. And against US pricing — $2,500–$10,000+ a month, averaging near $2,819 — you are still paying between a third and a half.
What the same programme costs by market
| Tier | With us (India) | Typical US agency | Typical UK agency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Small business, single market | $1,500–$2,200 | $2,500–$5,000 | £1,500–£2,500 |
| Mid-market, multi-location | $2,500–$3,500 | $5,000–$10,000 | £2,500–£5,000 |
| Enterprise | From $3,500 | $10,000–$50,000+ | £5,000–£12,000+ |
| Senior hourly rate | $25–$55 | $100–$250 | £75–£150 |

## What is included at every level
Never an add-on, never an upsell
- Named team
- A senior strategist and delivery lead, both named, both directly reachable
- Dashboard
- Live access from day one. Tasks, published URLs and links as they happen
- Link disclosure
- Every link we build, every month, as a live URL
- Human content
- Named writers, editor review. Briefs available on request
- Reporting
- Monthly written report plus the live view — not one or the other
- Overlap hours
- Published per market and kept every working day
- Notice
- 30 days, any plan. No annual contract, no exit fee
## What we charge extra for
Only three things, and all of them are genuine pass-through or genuine additional scope:
– **Paid tooling in your name.** If you want licences held on your side rather than ours, those are billed at cost.
– **Translation and multi-language SEO.** Priced per language after the first.
– **Migrations.** A domain or platform migration is a fixed-price project on top of the retainer, because it is a month of concentrated work that would otherwise eat the whole programme.
Everything else — extra calls, ad-hoc questions, an urgent look at something that broke — is included. We have never found that charging by the hour for questions makes clients happier.
## How the pilot works
- Day 0
You send the domain and the market
No call needed unless you want one.
- Within 2 working days
We scope and confirm
A written scope: the specific pages, the specific fixes, the specific deliverables. If we think a pilot will not tell you anything useful, we say so instead of taking the money.
- Days 1–90
Delivery
Full technical audit and fix-up, eight priority pages optimised, six editorially-earned links, dashboard access throughout.
- Day 90
You decide
Continue onto a retainer, stop, or take the audit and do it yourself. All three are fine outcomes and none of them cost you anything further.
Pricing questions
These are the questions that come up most often on first calls. If yours is not here, ask — we answer in writing within one working day.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Every plan bills monthly with 30 days notice. We have never used annual lock-ins, because an agency that needs a contract to keep a client has a delivery problem rather than a contract problem.
Why publish prices when most agencies do not?
Because the alternative wastes everyone’s time. If $1,500 a month is outside your budget, a discovery call will not change that, and we would both rather find out now. It also filters for clients who value straightforwardness, who tend to be better clients.
Can I pay in GBP or AUD?
Yes. US clients pay USD by ACH, wire or card; UK clients pay GBP by bank transfer; Australian clients pay AUD. Prices on this page are USD equivalents.
Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month of a retainer includes onboarding — audit, keyword mapping, tracking setup — at the standard monthly rate.
What happens if I want to stop?
Give 30 days notice. We hand over everything: audit documents, keyword maps, content briefs, the full link list, and analytics configuration. It is your data and it leaves with you.
Do you offer a free audit?
Not as a lead magnet, no. Free audits are usually automated tool exports dressed up as analysis, and they attract people who want a free report rather than a partner. The $[x k="price_pilot"] pilot is the honest version of the same thing: a real audit, done by a person, plus 90 days of actual work.
Why clients choose RankMont
Every item below is something you can check before you sign, not something you have to take on trust.
Named people on your account
A senior strategist and a delivery lead, both named at onboarding with direct email addresses. No routing through an account manager.
Every link disclosed monthly
A complete list of every link we build, as live URLs, so you can check them yourself. Written no-PBN, no-paid-link policy.
Human-written, editor-reviewed
Every page carries a writer's byline and an editor's review. Ask for a brief and the article it produced — we send both within a day.
Published pricing
Our rates are on the website. You should not need a sales call to find out whether you can afford us.
Live reporting from day one
Dashboard access showing tasks, published URLs and links as they happen — not a PDF assembled at month end.
Fixed overlap hours
Published per market and kept every working day. Clock times, not "we are flexible".
No annual contracts
Monthly billing, 30 days notice, on every plan. An agency that needs a lock-in has a delivery problem.
You own everything
Audits, briefs, keyword maps, link lists, analytics. If you leave, it all goes with you.
AI search visibility included
Entity consistency, structured data and citable content formats on every programme, not sold as a separate upgrade.
We will tell you when to stop
When the budget cannot fund the goal, or when SEO is not your problem, we say so rather than take the money.
100 in-house specialists
Directly employed, never subcontracted. Subcontracting is where quality control and access control both break down.
12 years in search
Delivering for Western businesses since 2014. The team predates the brand.
