Every page on this site is written or substantially rewritten by a named human and reviewed by an editor before publication. We use AI tools for research and first drafts, as every serious agency now does, and we disclose that rather than pretend otherwise.
How a page gets made
- Research. Primary sources first — Google Search Central documentation, the Search Status Dashboard, published studies. AI tools help gather and summarise; they do not decide what is true.
- Draft. Written by a named member of the strategy team who has done the work being described.
- Fact-check. Every figure traced to a named study or primary source, and cited on the page beside the claim.
- Edit. A second person reviews for accuracy, clarity and whether it actually helps the reader.
- Review. Priority pages go back on the calendar. The visible review date changes only when something actually changed.
On AI-generated content
Google’s position is that it rewards quality regardless of production method, and that its spam policy on scaled content abuse targets pages generated at volume without adding value. Our position is narrower: AI is useful for research and a first pass, and publishing its output untouched is how sites get caught. There is no flag that tells Google a human wrote something — what works is demonstrable expertise, a named accountable author, and content that finishes the job.
