In short
The UK is our easiest market to serve on timing — India is only 4.5 or 5.5 hours ahead, which gives roughly five hours of genuine daily overlap with a British working day. We bill in GBP by bank transfer, sign UK-law master services agreements, and provide a UK GDPR data processing addendum as standard. Programmes run the equivalent of £1,200–£2,800 a month against a typical UK agency range of £500–£5,000+ and senior rates of £75–£150 an hour.
## The timing advantage
Of our three markets, the UK is the one where the offshore model feels least like offshoring. Our overlap window is 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM GMT — five hours where your team and ours are both at our desks. That is enough for real-time work rather than the asynchronous handoff a US account requires.
## GDPR and data
UK clients get a data processing addendum covering UK GDPR as standard, not on request. It sets out what personal data we process on your behalf (in practice: analytics data and any customer data visible through the tools you grant access to), where it is processed, the sub-processors involved, and the deletion process at the end of an engagement.
International transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses plus the UK international data transfer addendum. If your legal team wants to review before you commit, ask and we will send the pack.
## What UK businesses tend to come to us for
– **Ecommerce.** The UK has an unusually competitive retail search market and margins that make a £5,000/month agency hard to justify for mid-sized retailers.
– **B2B services.** Professional services firms where the buying cycle is long and the commercial terms are few but valuable.
– **Multi-location.** Franchise and branch networks where the location-page architecture is the whole problem.
On UK English
All copy for UK clients is written and edited in British English by editors who work in it daily. If you have a house style guide, we work to it. This is table stakes rather than a feature, but it is worth stating because it is a reasonable thing to worry about.
Questions buyers ask us
These are the questions that come up most often on first calls. If yours is not here, ask — we answer in writing within one working day.
Do you provide a GDPR data processing agreement?
Yes, as standard for every UK and EU client, covering UK GDPR with standard contractual clauses and the international data transfer addendum for transfers to India. Ask and the pack goes to your legal team before you commit to anything.
Will content be written in British English?
Yes, written and edited in British English by editors who work in it daily, to your house style guide if you have one.
Can we pay in GBP?
Yes, by UK bank transfer. Prices quoted in USD on the pricing page convert at the prevailing rate and are fixed for the engagement term.
How much overlap do we actually get?
Around five hours a day — [x k="overlap_uk"]. That is enough for calls, real-time review and same-day turnaround on questions, which makes the UK the most straightforward of our three markets to run.
