How we work with American clients: overlap hours, USD billing, US-law contracting, W-8BEN-E on file, and what the cost difference actually buys you.

In short
We work with US businesses across every time zone from Eastern to Pacific. Practically, that means a fixed morning-EST overlap window every working day, billing in USD by ACH, wire or card, a US-law-friendly master services agreement, and a W-8BEN-E on file so your finance team has what it needs. Programmes run $1,500–$3,500 a month against a US market average retainer near $2,819 and a typical range of $2,500–$10,000+.
## Why American companies look offshore for search
The gap is stark and it is entirely about cost structure. US senior SEO time runs $100–$250 an hour. The same seniority in India runs $25–$55. (Atlantis Marketing, 2026) For a US business that means one of two things: the same programme for half to a third of the cost, or three times the execution for the budget you already have.
Most of our US clients choose the second. They were already spending $3,000 a month on a domestic agency and getting a part-time account manager and four blog posts. For the same money here they get a full technical programme, four to six pieces of researched content, and eight earned links.

## The practical questions your operations team will ask
**Hours.** Our US overlap window is 6:30 AM – 11:00 AM EST, kept every working day. Urgent issues get a same-day response outside it. In practice the time difference works in your favour: work lands overnight, so Monday morning starts with Friday’s requests already done.
**Contracting.** We sign a standard MSA under the law of your state where that matters to you, plus a mutual NDA before the first substantive call. W-8BEN-E is on file and supplied with the first invoice so your accounts payable team can process it without a back-and-forth.
**Payment.** USD by ACH, wire or card. Monthly, in arrears, net 15. No annual prepayment, no setup fee.
**Data.** Named-individual access rather than shared accounts, with a written revocation process. Full detail on the data security page.
## Where we are a bad fit
Single-location local businesses — a plumber in Tulsa, a dental practice in Sacramento. Local SEO for a single location is genuinely better served by someone in your own market who knows the local citation landscape, and it should cost you less than we charge. We will say so rather than take the engagement.
Questions buyers ask us
These are the questions that come up most often on first calls. If yours is not here, ask — we answer in writing within one working day.
What time will you be available if we are in California?
Our published US window is [x k="overlap_us"], which is early morning Pacific. For Pacific-heavy accounts we shift the delivery lead’s hours to cover more of your morning — say so at onboarding and it is arranged rather than negotiated.
Do we need to worry about tax withholding on payments to India?
We supply a completed W-8BEN-E with the first invoice, which is what your finance team needs to process payments without withholding under the US–India tax treaty. Check with your own accountant, but this is routine and thousands of US companies do it monthly.
Can you sign a US-law contract?
Yes. We work under a standard MSA governed by the law of your state where you want that, with a mutual NDA available before the first substantive conversation.
How many US clients do you currently work with?
The majority of our client base is US-based and has been for most of the [x k="years"] years we have been operating. Named references in your industry are available on request once we are past the first conversation.
