White Label SEO for Agencies: Unbranded Delivery, Your Name on It

Unbranded SEO delivery for marketing agencies in the US, UK and Australia. Your brand on every report, our team on the work, from $900 per client per month.

· Reviewed by Ranjit Pal Singh

In short

White label SEO means we do the work and you sell it under your own brand. Your client never sees our name, your logo appears on every report and deliverable, and you keep the relationship and the margin. Pricing runs **$900–$2,000 per client per month** depending on scope, with volume rates from five clients. Typical agency partners bill their clients $2,500–$5,000 for the same programme. Onboarding takes one to two weeks because you already own the client relationship and the strategy conversation.

## Who this is for

Agencies that sell SEO but do not want to carry an SEO department. That is most full-service shops, a lot of web design studios whose clients keep asking, and PPC agencies whose clients want organic too.

The economics are the whole point. A competent in-house SEO team in the US or UK costs $25,000–$40,000 a month in salary before you have won a single client. A white label partner costs you nothing until you sell something, and then costs a fixed amount per client.

## How the engagement runs

  1. Always yours

You bring the client and the strategy conversation

You pitch, you scope, you set the commercial terms, you own the relationship. We never contact your client, and nothing we produce carries our name.

  2. 48 hours

We scope and price the delivery

Send us the domain and the target market. You get back a delivery scope and a per-client price within two working days — before you have committed to anything.

  3. Week 1–2

    Onboarding

Access, baseline audit, keyword-to-URL map, and a reporting template carrying your branding. You approve the plan before anything ships.

  4. Ongoing

    Monthly delivery

Technical work, content, links. Everything lands in a shared workspace with your logo on it. Your account manager has a direct line to our delivery lead.

  5. Monthly

    Reporting you can forward unedited

White-labelled reports written to be sent straight to your client. No screenshots with our tool branding, no references to us anywhere.

## Pricing

Agency Partner

Agencies reselling under their own brand

$900+per client, per month

  • Fully unbranded delivery
  • White-label reporting
  • Your logo on every document
  • Direct line to the delivery lead
  • Volume pricing from 5 clients
Become a partner

Volume pricing starts at five concurrent clients. Beyond fifteen we will usually talk about a dedicated pod — the same named people on all your accounts, which makes your reporting rhythm a lot easier to run.

On what we will not do

We will not take a white label engagement where the scope is “rank for this in three months” on a budget that cannot fund the work. It ends with your client angry at you, not at us, and you lose an account to save a few hundred dollars a month. If we think the scope and budget do not match, we will say so before you sell it.

Agency partner questions

These are the questions that come up most often on first calls. If yours is not here, ask — we answer in writing within one working day.

How much does white label SEO cost?

$[x k="price_partner"]–$2,000 per client per month depending on scope, with volume rates from five concurrent clients. Most agency partners resell at $2,500–$5,000, which leaves a healthy margin without underpricing the delivery.

Will my client ever find out who does the work?

Not from us. We do not contact your clients, our name appears on nothing you receive, and reports are produced in your branding. If your client asks directly whether you use a partner, that is your call to answer — we would generally suggest honesty, because sophisticated clients respect a well-run supply chain more than they respect a bluff.

Can you join client calls?

Yes, as a member of your team, introduced under your brand, if that is what you want. Some partners prefer we stay entirely invisible. Both work — decide up front and we will stick to it.

What is the minimum commitment?

One client, 30 days notice. We do not ask agencies to commit to volume they have not sold yet.

How fast can you take on a new client?

One to two weeks from access being granted to the first deliverables. Faster than a full retainer because you have already done the discovery and strategy conversation.

Do you white label reporting only, or the whole programme?

The whole programme — technical, content, links and reporting. Some partners take only content or only links; that works too and is priced separately.

Process

How an engagement actually runs

The same sequence on every account, because the order is what makes it work.

  1. Week 1

    Access and baseline

Search Console, analytics, CMS and, on larger sites, server logs. We record where you are before touching anything — arguments about whether something worked are impossible without a baseline.

  2. Week 1–2

Technical audit, read by a person

Not a tool export emailed to you. A prioritised list: what is costing you traffic today, what will cost you traffic later, and what the tool flagged that genuinely does not matter.

  3. Week 2–3

    Keyword-to-URL mapping

Every target term assigned to exactly one page. This is the step most programmes skip, and it is why so many sites end up with four pages quietly competing for the same query.

  4. Week 4

The written plan, approved by you

What gets fixed, what gets built, what gets earned, in what order, with what we expect to see and when. You approve it before we execute. Disagree with the sequencing here, not in month four.

  5. Monthly

    Execution you can watch

Technical work, content and links land in the dashboard as they happen. A short written update weekly, the full report monthly, a call as often as your plan includes.

  6. Quarterly

    Revisit the plan properly

Search changes, your business changes, and a plan nobody revisits is a plan nobody is following. Every page also gets a refresh review — freshness is one of the heaviest ranking and citation signals there is.

Why us

Why clients choose RankMont

Every item below is something you can check before you sign, not something you have to take on trust.

Named people on your account

A senior strategist and a delivery lead, both named at onboarding with direct email addresses. No routing through an account manager.

Every link disclosed monthly

A complete list of every link we build, as live URLs, so you can check them yourself. Written no-PBN, no-paid-link policy.

Human-written, editor-reviewed

Every page carries a writer's byline and an editor's review. Ask for a brief and the article it produced — we send both within a day.

Published pricing

Our rates are on the website. You should not need a sales call to find out whether you can afford us.

Live reporting from day one

Dashboard access showing tasks, published URLs and links as they happen — not a PDF assembled at month end.

Fixed overlap hours

Published per market and kept every working day. Clock times, not "we are flexible".

No annual contracts

Monthly billing, 30 days notice, on every plan. An agency that needs a lock-in has a delivery problem.

You own everything

Audits, briefs, keyword maps, link lists, analytics. If you leave, it all goes with you.

AI search visibility included

Entity consistency, structured data and citable content formats on every programme, not sold as a separate upgrade.

We will tell you when to stop

When the budget cannot fund the goal, or when SEO is not your problem, we say so rather than take the money.

100 in-house specialists

Directly employed, never subcontracted. Subcontracting is where quality control and access control both break down.

12 years in search

Delivering for Western businesses since 2014. The team predates the brand.
