Technical SEO
Crawl, index, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured data, log-file analysis. The layer that decides whether anything else you do can work.
We sell search and nothing else. Six services, each one staffed by specialists rather than generalists rotating between disciplines.
We sell SEO only. No paid media, no social, no web design. That is a commercial decision as much as a focus one: agencies that sell six disciplines staff each of them thinly, and search is usually the one that gets the junior. Our six services are technical SEO, content and on-page, link building, ecommerce SEO, SaaS SEO and AI search visibility. Most programmes use three or four of them at once.
## The six things we do
Crawl, index, Core Web Vitals, internal linking, structured data, log-file analysis. The layer that decides whether anything else you do can work.
Strategist-briefed, human-written, editor-reviewed. Built to answer a query completely rather than to hit a word count.
Editorially earned placements on sites with real traffic. Every URL disclosed monthly. No networks, no paid placements.
Category architecture, faceted navigation, product schema, and the internal linking that decides which of your 40,000 URLs get crawled.
Bottom-of-funnel capture, comparison and alternative pages, programmatic templates, and integration pages that actually convert.
Getting named by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. Entity consistency, structured data, and the formats assistants quote.
## How services combine into a programme
Nobody buys “technical SEO” in isolation. A real programme is a weighting across several of these that shifts over time.
| Your situation | Months 1–3 | Months 4–9 | Months 10+ |
|---|---|---|---|
| Site rebuilt or migrated recently | Technical 70% | Technical 30%, Content 50% | Content 40%, Links 40% |
| Established site, flat traffic | Technical 40%, Content 40% | Content 40%, Links 40% | Links 40%, AI visibility 20% |
| New domain, no history | Technical 30%, Content 50% | Content 40%, Links 50% | Links 50%, Content 30% |
| Ecommerce, large catalogue | Technical 60% | Technical 30%, Content 40% | Content 30%, Links 40% |
| SaaS, competitive category | Content 50% | Content 40%, Links 40% | Links 40%, AI visibility 25% |
## What we do not sell
Paid search, paid social, display, web design, branding, or “full-service digital marketing”. If you need those, we will happily recommend people — but we are not going to pretend competence we have not staffed for.
These are the questions that come up most often on first calls. If yours is not here, ask — we answer in writing within one working day.
Technical audits and link building can both be bought standalone. Content on its own is usually a mistake — publishing into a site with unresolved technical problems is expensive and slow. We will tell you if that is what you are about to do.
Both arrangements are common. Roughly a third of our clients have an in-house marketer we work alongside, which usually produces better results because someone internal owns the priorities.
For multi-location businesses in our three markets, yes — it sits inside the technical and content services rather than being sold separately. For single-location local businesses we are generally the wrong choice; a local specialist in your own country will serve you better and cost less.
Every item below is something you can check before you sign, not something you have to take on trust.
A senior strategist and a delivery lead, both named at onboarding with direct email addresses. No routing through an account manager.
A complete list of every link we build, as live URLs, so you can check them yourself. Written no-PBN, no-paid-link policy.
Every page carries a writer's byline and an editor's review. Ask for a brief and the article it produced — we send both within a day.
Our rates are on the website. You should not need a sales call to find out whether you can afford us.
Dashboard access showing tasks, published URLs and links as they happen — not a PDF assembled at month end.
Published per market and kept every working day. Clock times, not "we are flexible".
Monthly billing, 30 days notice, on every plan. An agency that needs a lock-in has a delivery problem.
Audits, briefs, keyword maps, link lists, analytics. If you leave, it all goes with you.
Entity consistency, structured data and citable content formats on every programme, not sold as a separate upgrade.
When the budget cannot fund the goal, or when SEO is not your problem, we say so rather than take the money.
Directly employed, never subcontracted. Subcontracting is where quality control and access control both break down.
Delivering for Western businesses since 2014. The team predates the brand.
