## Services

Services are provided under a separate written agreement. The commercial terms summarised on this website — prices, notice periods, deliverables — are indicative and are confirmed in that agreement, which is what governs the relationship.

– Engagements bill monthly in arrears with 30 days written notice to terminate.
– You own all deliverables on payment, including audits, briefs, content and data.
– We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, revenue outcomes, or citation by any AI system. Nobody can, and an agency that does is misrepresenting how search works.
– We provide services with reasonable skill and care, and our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months, except where the law does not permit such a limit.

## Third-party platforms

Our work depends on platforms we do not control — Google, Bing, and the AI systems that increasingly sit in front of them. Algorithm changes, policy changes and platform decisions can affect results, and we are not liable for them. What we are responsible for is telling you promptly when something changes and what we propose to do about it.

## Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Mohali, Punjab having jurisdiction. Client agreements may be governed by the law of your own jurisdiction where agreed — see the relevant market page.
