Guest Posting Services in India — Editorially Placed, Never Bought

Guest posting and blogger outreach from India: editorially placed articles on sites with real traffic, every URL disclosed, no paid marketplaces.

· Reviewed by Ranjit Pal Singh

In short

Guest posting done properly is outreach, not procurement. We pitch genuinely useful articles to editors at sites with real readers, write them to that publication’s standard, and disclose every placement to you as a live URL. We do not buy placements from marketplaces, we do not pay “editorial fees”, and we do not use the networks that make this category cheap. Expect **four to eight placements a month** on a standard programme, priced inside your retainer or at **$160–$300 per placement** standalone.

## The uncomfortable thing about this category

Most guest posting sold from India — and from everywhere else — is inventory. An agency holds relationships with a few hundred sites that accept paid posts, sells you a slot, and ships. It is fast, it is cheap, and Google has been explicit that paying for links that pass PageRank is a link scheme regardless of how the invoice is worded.

You can usually tell within one question. Ask any provider: *”Can I see the list of sites you place on, before I buy?”* An inventory seller sends a price list with domain ratings and traffic figures. An outreach team cannot send you a list, because they do not have one — they pitch for each client based on what that client can credibly say.

What a rate card actually tells you

If a provider publishes per-site pricing — “DR50 site, $180; DR60 site, $320” — they are selling link placements, not editorial outreach. That is a paid link scheme in Google’s terms. It works until it does not, and the clean-up costs more than the whole programme saved.

## How we actually earn a placement

  1. Week 1

Find what you can credibly say

Outreach fails when the pitch has nothing behind it. We start from what is genuinely true about your business — original data, an unusual method, a result you can evidence, a strong opinion you can defend — because that is what an editor will actually run.

  2. Week 1–2

Build the target list for this angle

Publications your buyers read, not publications that accept posts. Checked for real traffic, real readers and topical fit. Every target is justified in writing before we contact anyone.

  3. Ongoing

    Pitch the editor, individually

Named editor, specific angle, evidence of why it fits their publication. No templates. Response rates on genuine individual pitches run several times higher than on mail-merged outreach, and the placements are worth having.

  4. Per placement

    Write to the publication's standard

A named human writes it, an editor reviews it, and it goes out good enough to run on merit. A placement that reads as an SEO artefact devalues the link and burns the relationship.

  5. Monthly

    Disclose it

Live URL, publication, its actual traffic, and why we targeted it. You can check every one yourself.

## When we will tell you not to buy this

If your site has unresolved technical problems, or thin content on the pages you want to rank, links will not fix it and we will say so. Link acquisition is the third thing you do, not the first. Agencies that sell it as the first thing are selling the thing with the best margin, not the thing you need.

Guest posting questions

These are the questions that come up most often on first calls. If yours is not here, ask — we answer in writing within one working day.

How much do guest posting services cost in India?

$160–$300 per placement for editorially earned posts, or included inside a retainer at four to eight a month. Marketplace inventory sells for $80–$200, which is cheaper because you are buying a slot rather than paying for outreach — and because paid placements are a link scheme in Google’s terms.

Can I see your list of sites before I buy?

No, and you should be suspicious of anyone who says yes. A list means inventory, and inventory means paid placement. We pitch per client based on what that client can credibly contribute, so the targets differ every time. What we will show you is a full disclosure list from a recent month for another client, so you can see the calibre of what we land.

How many placements will I get?

Four to eight a month on a standard programme, and it is lumpy — a good data story can produce a dozen in a fortnight, then a quiet month follows. We report the real number rather than smoothing it with filler placements.

Do you write the articles?

Yes — briefed by a strategist, written by a named human, reviewed by an editor before it is pitched. If your team would rather write them, we will do the outreach and placement only, at a lower rate.

Is guest posting still safe in 2026?

Editorial guest posting is safe and always has been — it is how publishing works. Paid guest posting is a link scheme and has been explicitly against Google’s guidelines for years. The distinction is whether the placement was earned or bought, and it is visible in the disclosure list.

Process

How an engagement actually runs

The same sequence on every account, because the order is what makes it work.

  1. Week 1

    Access and baseline

Search Console, analytics, CMS and, on larger sites, server logs. We record where you are before touching anything — arguments about whether something worked are impossible without a baseline.

  2. Week 1–2

Technical audit, read by a person

Not a tool export emailed to you. A prioritised list: what is costing you traffic today, what will cost you traffic later, and what the tool flagged that genuinely does not matter.

  3. Week 2–3

    Keyword-to-URL mapping

Every target term assigned to exactly one page. This is the step most programmes skip, and it is why so many sites end up with four pages quietly competing for the same query.

  4. Week 4

The written plan, approved by you

What gets fixed, what gets built, what gets earned, in what order, with what we expect to see and when. You approve it before we execute. Disagree with the sequencing here, not in month four.

  5. Monthly

    Execution you can watch

Technical work, content and links land in the dashboard as they happen. A short written update weekly, the full report monthly, a call as often as your plan includes.

  6. Quarterly

    Revisit the plan properly

Search changes, your business changes, and a plan nobody revisits is a plan nobody is following. Every page also gets a refresh review — freshness is one of the heaviest ranking and citation signals there is.

Why us

Why clients choose RankMont

Every item below is something you can check before you sign, not something you have to take on trust.

Named people on your account

A senior strategist and a delivery lead, both named at onboarding with direct email addresses. No routing through an account manager.

Every link disclosed monthly

A complete list of every link we build, as live URLs, so you can check them yourself. Written no-PBN, no-paid-link policy.

Human-written, editor-reviewed

Every page carries a writer's byline and an editor's review. Ask for a brief and the article it produced — we send both within a day.

Published pricing

Our rates are on the website. You should not need a sales call to find out whether you can afford us.

Live reporting from day one

Dashboard access showing tasks, published URLs and links as they happen — not a PDF assembled at month end.

Fixed overlap hours

Published per market and kept every working day. Clock times, not "we are flexible".

No annual contracts

Monthly billing, 30 days notice, on every plan. An agency that needs a lock-in has a delivery problem.

You own everything

Audits, briefs, keyword maps, link lists, analytics. If you leave, it all goes with you.

AI search visibility included

Entity consistency, structured data and citable content formats on every programme, not sold as a separate upgrade.

We will tell you when to stop

When the budget cannot fund the goal, or when SEO is not your problem, we say so rather than take the money.

100 in-house specialists

Directly employed, never subcontracted. Subcontracting is where quality control and access control both break down.

12 years in search

Delivering for Western businesses since 2014. The team predates the brand.
